Naveed
Having over 25 years experience of being a chartered architect, Naveed set up his first partnership practice in 2003 before founding MADE as a limited company in 2010. Naveed has completed over 400 projects, ranging from commercial, residential and educational seeing them through from inception to completion. He specialises in maximising the potential of a site from a planning perspective and obtaining planning on sites that have previously had refusals. Naveed has also completed multiple developments on his own over the years and has decided to establish Made Real Estate as the property development arm of the Made business.
Zain
Having graduated from a top university with a degree in law, he is now in full time property development whilst studying Bar Professional Course to qualify as a Barrister. Zain has hit the ground running with the start of his journey in property development. He has played an integral part in securing multiple sites for Made Real Estate. He is also involved in numerous other schemes such as 6 new build houses, the development of 22 apartments in Wales, a large hotel development in Northern England, and a 250 apartments scheme in Digbeth which is currently going through planning.
Clemente
After graduating from a top 10 European university and starting his career in investment banking, Clemente has moved to being a full time property developer. He has been involved in national and international transactions such as scheme in Digbeth where Made Real Estate is going for planning for 190 apartments and another scheme in Central Birmingham where Made Real Estate is going for planning for 200 appartements.
